1. Will my purchased print look exactly like it does on the website?
While we try our best to place images on the website that represent the works as closely as possible, the very nature of screenprinting and the limitations of modern screen monitors and browser technologies may cause the colors to vary slightly.
2. Does Pulp Society charge GST? Is this included in the price on the website?
The prices listed on the website do not include GST. A 12% GST is added upon checkout.
3. What is the delivery timeline?
Works are generally shipped within 7 working days. We will try our best to process your orders as soon as possible.
4. How will my print be shipped?
Your prints will be shipped flat or rolled in a tube along with your invoice and certificate of authenticity.
5. Can Pulp Society help me get my print framed?
We definitely can. Please go ahead and order your print and drop us an email on info@pulpsociety.in with your order number and the work you want framed. We will get back to you within 2 working days and discuss your orders’ framing options and the updated delivery charges. Once you confirm, we will have your work framed and shipped to you!
6. Do you deliver internationally?
While the website allows us to take orders for delivery within India only, if there is a particular print you would like delivered somewhere else in the world please feel free to drop us an email on info@pulpsociety.in
