Sahaya Sharma

As a colourist and a pranic healer, Sahaya creates mystical abstract worlds on canvas, and paper with oil, enamel, acrylic and spray paint.

She is preoccupied with the bliss of the divine, the transcendence of the occult, and the wisdom of Indian scriptures, and is invested in the spiritual and psychological realms of consciousness. Her works exist in the abstract- surrealist realm. She uses a term called ‘The Synchronicity of Colour' ( inspired by Carl Jung ) to explain how the world of colours resonate with one another to create coincidental, physiological and transformative relationships in regard to human beings.

The artist lives and works in New Delhi.
