This artwork was exhibited at Pulp Society in the exhibition "Turning Towards Vol. 1“ (December 2025).

An original artwork signed by the artist, and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Windows & Frames, the first volume of Turning, Towards, brings together three distinct Indian art traditions — Bhil, Miniature, and Pichwai, each reinterpreted through the lens of framing, scale, and abstraction. Each artwork becomes a fragment of a larger vision, a window into vast cultural worlds contained within intimate spaces. Within these frames, geometry, texture, and colour come together to hold space, balance form, and reimagine meaning. This series becomes a play, an interaction, and a celebration. Rather than reinventing, it seeks to highlight and emphasise existing themes from traditional practices within a contemporary frame, transforming the idea of “windows and frames” into wall-mounted artworks that carry heritage into the present.

Bhil painting, rooted in central India, is known for its vibrant dot patterns, earthy colours, and layered storytelling drawn from folklore and daily life.
